We believe that preventative maintenance is the best way to preserve your asphalt. We can fill low and sunken areas with new asphalt to help bring these spots level with the surrounding surface. We can also cut out broken and deteriorated asphalt, replacing it with new material. Afterwards, we will sweep the entire surface clean.
If necessary, we route out the cracks or blow them out with hot, compressed air and fill/seal them with hot, liquid, rubberized asphalt sealant. We will then seal coat your repaired and rehabilitated asphalt surface with chemical- and ultraviolet-resistant asphalt sealer. Finally, we will repaint any traffic control lines and markings.
