In the spring/summer last, the board of this small (20 unit) strata in Comox contracted DKI Services Ltd., to replace some of our driveways and to repair, crack seal and sealcoat our asphalt driveway. The company also installed curbing and catch-basins and re-conformed slopes in the driveway to facilitate water run-off from the property. All work was carried out in the most professional and workman-like manor. All of our residents were very impressed with the work ethic of the DKI staff and the extremely tidy and clean state in which they left the work areas each day.
DKI claim themselves to be Asphalt Preventive Maintenance Specialists and in our experience they certainly are. We felt completely secure listening to and accepting their recommendations (often to our financial advantage – not theirs). And I am happy to recommend this company entirely without reservation to anyone requiring paving work to be done.
